Abstract

An improved multi-objective Cat Swarm Optimization ( IMCSO) cat is proposed to improve the combination ratio while the design elite mutation strategy prevents algorithm from entering local solution through IMCSO algorithm to solve the model effectively. At the same time,a suitable system optimization is constructed based on subjective preferences and the entropy weight of Vague set multiple attribute decision-making method has been improved. The comprehensive reflection expert group subjective preference subjective weight vector,and combining the improved entropy method of calculating the objective weight of comprehensive weight can be obtained. According to the proposed sorting function comprehensive Vague values of each scheme. The solution shows that the presented method is reasonable,effective and highly practicable. It can improve the ecological environment of Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake in the middle reaches of the Changjiang River.
