近年来党和政府高度重视解决农村饮用水安全问题，全国各地开展了规模空前的农村饮水安全工程建设。但如何进一步做好已建供水工程的运行管理工作，提高供水服务质量，满足群众生产、生活用水需求，长期、持续、充分发挥工程效益，就显得十分必要和重要。本文指出了目前农村饮水安全工程运行管理中存在的一些问题并简单分析了产生这些问题的原因；同时，对工程运行管理提出了一些合理性建议，希望对工程的运行管理有一定的指导作用。

Abstract: Recent years, to solve the problem of rural drinking water safety have been highly valued by our party and government, and the unprecedented scale of rural drinking water safety construction was carried out throughout the country. It is necessary and important to do well with operation management of the project, to improve the service quality of water supply, to meet the demand of masses daily life and production, and to utilize the project benefit long-term, sustainably and fully. The paper points out a few problems on operation management of rural drinking water safety project, and simply analyzes the reasons behind the problems. Meanwhile, the paper gives some reasonable suggestions on operation management, and the authors will be happy if the paper can provide some guidance for operation management of the project.
