


碾压式沥青混凝土心墙冬季施工温度控制研究

碾压式沥青混凝土施工质量受工程所在地温度、气候等因素影响较大,对于极端寒冷地区施工在相应的规范中并没用特殊要求,施工组织难度较大,有冬季施工设备配套、温度控制、施工工艺参数、层面结合等问题需要解决。论文结合新疆库什塔依水电站碾压式沥青混凝土心墙坝施工环境及要求,通过现场沥青混凝土拌和、运输、摊铺及碾压温度控制试验研究及冬季施工实践。研究表明,该工程在室内配合比基础上根据现场调整的配合比是可行的,沥青混凝土拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压温度控制标准和措施科学合理,为心墙冬季施工温度控制提供了可靠的技术支撑,可供同类工程参考。
The construction quality of roller compacted asphalt concrete is greatly influenced by the factors such as the temperature, climate of the construction site. For the construction in severe cold areas, there is no particular requirement in the standard, and it is difficult to construct. There are problems need to be solved, such as equipment coordination, temperature control, technical parameters, layer combination, etc. Combing with the construction environment and its requirement of roller compacted asphalt concrete corewall dam of Xinjiang Kushitayi hydropower station, a field test of mixing, transporting, paving, and roller compacting of asphalt concrete was carried out. The study result showed that the adjusted mix proportion based on the mix proportion indoors was feasible, and the temperature control standard and measures about the mixing, transporting, paving, and roller compacting of asphalt concrete were reasonable, which provided technical reference for winter construction of corewall and similar projects.
