前处理与核桃壳吸附耦合处理餐饮废水的实验研究
Experimental Study on Restaurant Wastewater Treatment By Former processing and walnut adsorption coupling processing
针对餐饮废水含油量高,成分复杂等特点,采用格栅-沉淀—吸附工艺处理,经特质无纺布和改性纤维球过滤后(简称前处理)的餐饮废水,再利用核桃壳颗粒吸附,实验结果表明:不需要改变pH值前提下,投加核桃壳颗粒30g/L,吸附20min,振荡强度为120r/min,30℃时,对COD和含油量的去除率均达到 69%以上。
According to characteristics of restaurant wastewater high oil content, complicated composition and others,the grid-precipitation adsorption process was adopted. The characteristics and the modification non-woven filter the fiber ball (hereinafter referred to as the pretreatment) of food waste water and then the walnut grain adsorption. The results indicate:under the conditions of not changing the pH value,dosing quantity of 30 g/L,adsorption time of 20 min and Oscillation strength for 120 r/min,30℃,the removal rates of COD and oil from the actual restaurant wastewater all reach above 69%,showing significant removal efficiency.
