摘要

基于孔口出流的原理,本文研究设计了圆孔式新型流量计。通过试验研究的方法研究了圆孔式流量计的输水流量与输水开度,压力水头之间的关系。研究表明,该装置在输水开度一定时,输水流量随着压力水头的增大而增大,呈乘幂函数关系,开度对压力敏感系数的影响不大;压力水头一定时,输水流量随着输水开度的增大趋势而增大;同时拟合得到了该流量计输水流量、开度、压力水头之间的经验公式,经验公式的计算值与实测值有较好的一致性。本文的研究为该新型流量计在现代工业中被推广使用具有重要价值。

Abstract

Based on the principle of orifice outflow, this paper designed round hole of the new flow meter. The relationship between the water opening degree, the pressure head and the flow of round hole of flow meter is obtained by experimental research. The results show that the water flow rate of the device increases with the increase of the pressure head when the water opening degree of the device is constant, which is multiplied by the power function. And the water opening degree has little effect on the pressure sensitivity coefficient. When the pressure head is constant, the distribution flow increases with the opening of the water outlet. And it obtain the empirical formula of flow rate, water opening degree and pressure head of the flow meter, and there is a good consistency with the measured value. The research of this paper is of great value for the popularization and application of the new flow meter in modern industry.
