摘要

摘要:在水力发电领域,携带泥沙的水流对水轮机过流表面产生冲磨,严重影响机组运行效率。建立泥沙浓度在线监测系统,实现发电水体泥沙浓度的实时监测,对水电站科学调度具有重要意义。本文结合映秀湾水电站泥沙特点,设计了一套以浊度传感器为测量基础的泥沙浓度在线监测系统,并在映秀湾水电站进行了应用。应用表明,泥沙浓度在线监测系统稳定性好,可靠性高,系统能较好的反映现场水沙环境的变化情况,具有较高的实用价值和推广意义。

Abstract

Abstract: In the field of hydropower generation, the surface of hydraulic turbine suffers abrasive damage when run in sediment-laden flows, which gravely affects the operating efficiency of hydraulic turbine unit. Establishing a system to realize on-line monitoring for sediment concentration is of great significance for scheduling of hydropower station. In this paper, a turbidity sensor is designed according to the specific sediment characteristics of Yingxiuwan hydropower station, based on which a sediment concentration on-line monitoring system was built and applied in Yingxiuwan hydropower station. Application results indicate that the system has a good operation stability and high reliability. In addition, it can reflect the changes of the water-sediment environment and provide important basis for scientific operation, which has strong utility value and significance of generalization.
