小流域山洪灾害设计洪水检验复核方法研究

摘要

小流域设计洪水成果的精度直接影响山洪灾害临界雨量的可靠度和预警的准确度,因此有必要对其进行检验复核。本文以有资料地区为基础,采用长系列洪水资料频率计算法、小流域产汇流法和洪峰模数法对分析评价中的设计洪水进行检验复核;采用相似流域的思想,将其检验复核结论移用到无资料地区。以资料情况较好的陕西省江西营流域民生村1组和缺乏资料的马家庵村11组为实例进行应用研究。结果表明:民生村1组二十年一遇以上设计洪水结果较好,十年一遇以下设计洪水结果偏大,经重新计算或修正,有效提高了结果精度;对马家庵村11组移用结论,重新计算,并对检验结果进行验证,结论可靠。为小流域山洪灾害分析评价设计洪水复核提供了一条新途径。

Abstract

 The accuracy of the design flood results directly affects the reliability of the critical rainfall of mountain flood and the accuracy of early warning,so it is necessary to review the inspection. Based on the data area,this paper uses a long series of flood data frequency calculation method,method of production flow in small watershed and flood peak modulus method to inspect and review the design flood analysis and evaluation. Using similar river basin ideas,the inspection review results are diverted to the region without data. Minsheng village 1 group of Jiangxiying Basin in Shanxi Province with better data and Majiaan Village 11 group lack of data are exemplified. The results show that when the design flood is above once every twenty years,the calculated results conform with data. When the design flood is below once every ten years,the calculated results are bigger than data. Undergoing correction,the precision of results is improved effectively. Using the conclusion on Majiaan Village 11 group,recalculating and verifying the test result,the conclusion is reliable. It provides a new approach for the analysis and evaluation of mountain flood disaster design flood review in small watershed.
