本文根据实测资料,采用Mann-Kendall法秩次趋势性显著检验表征了松滋口、太平口、藕池口三口入洞庭湖的水量演变趋势,结果表明1959年~2013年长江上游年来水、枯季来水和9月~10月来水呈减少趋势,而荆南三口分流年入湖水量、枯季入湖水量和9月~10月入湖水量减少趋势显著,其中藕池西支管家铺站来水量减少最多。
Abstract
This paper applies hydrology and hydraulics method to carry out a research on the Dongting Lake three-outfall river ecological
base flow,puts forward the ecological basic flow control index for the realization of“stable pattern,perfect arena and disaster mitigation
system,improvement of water security and river health”. Water resource protection and health protection capacity of the rivers and lakes
provide not only a theoretical foundation,but also a reference and for the design of the Dongting Lake and Songzi port gate control project
planning.
