堤防工程关系着人民的生命财产安全,受堤身、堤基及外界条件等多种因素影响,如何识别其风险因素种类及权重并进行安全评价是目前研究的重点,本文在广泛调研上海市长江口及杭州湾北岸重要岸段的基础上,对影响堤防安全的风险因素进行识别、分类,构建了堤防工程多层次多目标综合评价指标体系。结合具体工程,运用改进的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)与熵权融合来确定各评价指标权重,通过对工程现场进行调查,基于专家评分法获得各项指标的评价值,最终可得到综合安全评价值,从而对堤防工程的安全作出评价,结果合理可靠。 The dike project is related to the safety of people's lives and property. It is affected by many factors such as the embankment, foundation and external conditions. Based on extensive investigation of the Yangtze River estuary in Shanghai and the north shore of Hangzhou Bay, this paper identifies and classifies the risk factors affecting the safety of dikes, and constructs a multi-level and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index system for dike projects. Combined with specific projects, the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and entropy fusion are used to determine the weights of each evaluation index. By investigating the project site, based on the expert scoring method, the evaluation value of each index can be obtained, then the comprehensive safety evaluation value can be obtained, so that the safety of the dike project can be evaluated finally, and the result is reasonable and reliable.
