    Abstract: In order to quantify the differences, correlation and use conditions between different forms of water use efficiency evaluation indices, this paper calculated water use efficiency under 5 different definitions by DSSAT-CERES-Wheat model simulation. There were farmland total water use efficiency( WUEg), generalized water resources use efficiency(WUEu), crop water productivity (WP), irrigation water use efficiency (WUEi) and real irrigation water use efficiency( WUEti) five commonly used evaluation indices. The research concluded that (1) The evaluation results of WUEu and WUEg were consistent among the interannual, site level and regional level. (2) WUEi can't represent the real irrigation water use efficiency. But WUEi represent the total water use efficiency in Huang huaihai area.(3) WUEti is hard to calculate and inconvenient to use on site level and regional level. (4) Pearson's correlation coefficient (R) were different among variety water use efficiency indices on site level, but in a good positive correlation on regional level. Conclusion is that there were differences among the evaluation results of variety water use efficiency indices on site level and regional level. The evaluation results of WP were the most stable on site level and WUEg on regional level.

    In order to improve and efficiently use saline land、effectively promote the development of Pingluo saline land wolfberry industry, start technology integration research of wolfberry Furrow Irrigation and Black Film Covering and Optimized Fertilization has become an urgent need of sustainable development of saline land in Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation. The results showed that Furrow irrigation + film covering + Optimize Fertilization technology integration, water-saving,、salt suppressing,、weed suppressing effect was extremely significant, effectively saved water while the soil root zone moisture was adequate、salt was down 12.3%, soil nutrient was improved 、microbial activity was enhanced, wolfberry growth and quality were good、yield increased 68% comparing with farmers planting habits、getting net income increased 93. The technology integration research which guiding saline wolfberry high yield and efficiency development is important.

    According to basic calculation model of water resources ecological footprint, the water resources ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity in the years from 2005 to 2014 in Henan Province were analyzed. The results in considering the case of the Yellow River Diversion as follows: (1) During the period of 2005 to 2014, the agricultural water ecological footprint is rising steadily. it hold a dominant position in the total water resources ecological footprint, and the cumulative contribution was 576.1%.(2) There is a positive correlation between water resources ecological carrying capacity and annual rainfall, and the correlation coefficient is 0.9255.(3) There is different levels of ecological deficit in the ten years, and the load index of water resources is allⅠ, and the water resource utilization prospect is not optimistic.(4) With a relatively low per capita water resources ecological footprint, it has a slight fluctuated between 0.35 to 0.42. The water resources ecological footprint of ten thousand yuan GDP is decreased year by year, showing that the water resource efficiency is increasing. But the water resource utilization is still insecure.
